The Street Store
An initiative certified by the Global Street Store Organization, that is designed to create a unique, on street, shopping experience for the homeless, who can choose what they wish to take home for free.
In addition to providing a platform for individuals to volunteer with listed NGOs, SOCH partners with organizations to organize & execute some of their own projects.
SAY NO CRACKERS
An initiative led by Rotract Club of Bombay Juhu Beach, to spread awarness of harmful affects of bursting firecrackers during festival of Diwali via poster campaigns, high school seminars, cycle rallies. The firecracker industry heavily relies on child labor & causes the spread of cancerous diseases. The campaign suggests & promotes more environmentally friendly ways of celebrating the festival.
